Abstract: The integration of advanced technologies in industrial engineering, automation, and robotics has led to significant advancements in object detection and segregation systems. This study focuses on the development of a smart object detection and segregation system tailored for convenience marts. By employing a combination of barcode sensors, computer vision, and automated sorting mechanisms, the system can efficiently identify, classify, and segregate items based on predefined parameters. The incorporation of barcode sensors ensures accurate identification of products, enabling seamless integration with inventory and management systems. This research bridges the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical implementation, offering a scalable solution applicable to diverse fields ranging from waste management to retail automation. The findings highlight the growing importance of automation in modern industries and propose a roadmap for future innovations in object management systems.
